Suit Wars is a tactical card game developed by Domenico Pasquarelli at ELUK, a web agency based in Quebec, Canada.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string (hash) created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy. After your comment is approved, your profile picture (if any) is publicly visible alongside your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, please avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website may be able to download and extract location data from uploaded images.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email for security verification.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, it and its metadata are retained indefinitely to recognize and approve future comments automatically.

If user accounts are created (if applicable), personal information is stored in the user profile. Users can view, edit, or delete their personal info at any time (username cannot be changed). Website administrators can view and edit that data as well.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an exported file of your personal data. You may also request we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data we are legally required to retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
